Description

Vomiver Injection is an injection made by Vibcare Pharma, with Ondansetron 2 mg as its active ingredient. It falls in the class of medicines known as 5-HT3 receptor antagonists, used to control nausea and vomiting. The product is packed as 10's and belongs to Vibcare Pharma's Evermed division.

How it works

As a 5-HT3 receptor antagonist, ondansetron stops serotonin from binding to its 5-HT3 receptors in the gut and brain. Serotonin is the natural signal that prompts nausea and vomiting. By interrupting that signal, the injection helps keep these symptoms in check.
