CEFDOLAM 100CEFPODOXIME 100mg. IP

Cefdolam 100 is a Cefpodoxime 100 mg tablet used for mild to moderate bacterial infections of the ear, throat, lungs and bronchi. Main uses: treatment of mild to moderate infections caused by susceptible bacteria; acute otitis media (middle ear infection); pharyngitis and/or tonsillitis caused by Streptococcus pyogenes; community-acquired pneumonia caused by susceptible organisms; acute bacterial exacerbation of chronic bronchitis caused by susceptible organisms.

Common side effects of Cefdolam 100 Tablet include diarrhoea or loose stools; nausea; headache; stomach pain or abdominal pain; vaginal fungal infection; vulvovaginal infection. Get medical help at once if you notice severe allergic reactions, including anaphylaxis, which may need emergency treatment; clostridium difficile-associated diarrhoea or colitis, which can be severe.
