Description
Sold as Apojem SR 200, each tablet has Aceclofenac 200 mg in sustained-release form. It is an analgesic and anti-inflammatory medicine of the NSAID class. Available from Vibcare Pharma's Auspin division, the tablets are packed as 10x10 (Alu Alu).
How it works
The medicine brings down pain and swelling by acting on the cyclo-oxygenase enzyme, so fewer prostaglandins are formed at the site of injury or inflammation. Because it is a sustained-release tablet, the medicine is released slowly in the body rather than all at once.

- Must not be used by people who have had asthma, wheezing or bronchospasm after taking an NSAID
