Gelonor Suspension is an antacid liquid used to relieve acidity, heartburn, indigestion and gas. Main uses: relief of acidity and heartburn; relief of indigestion (dyspepsia) with sour or burning stomach; relief of gas and flatulence; relief of bloating and abdominal fullness; relief of gastric discomfort caused by excess stomach acid.

Common side effects of Gelonor Suspension include constipation; loose stools or diarrhoea; stomach cramps; chalky or unusual taste; nausea; loss of appetite. Get medical help at once if you notice high magnesium levels in the blood, mainly in people with kidney problems; very low phosphate levels with long-term or high-dose use; allergic reaction such as rash, swelling of the face or lips, or difficulty breathing.
